Dietitian in Motion — Registered Dietitian in Regina & Saskatchewan.Dietitianin Motion
Nutrition that moves you forward.
Registered Dietitian (RD) services that are focused on finding balance in your busy life through a compassionate, evidence-based approach.
The premise
Your body is a biology, not an accounting problem.
Your health is not defined by an accounting principle of calories in, calories out — it's defined by your biology.
Hormones, sleep, stress, muscle, blood sugar, the food you grew up on — these are the real levers. We work with them, gently and steadily, so nourishment stops being a fight.

The Satiety shift
The peaceful middle, between scarcity and abundance.
Most nutrition advice swings between two extremes. Satiety is the calm space in the middle — where food nourishes you, fits your real life, and stops being the loudest voice in your head.
Scarcity
Rules, restriction, guilt
Calorie counting, can't-eat lists, white-knuckling through meals, the all-or-nothing cycle.
Satiety
Care, clarity, peace
Eating in a way that nourishes your body, respects your culture, and quiets the noise. Steady, livable, kind.
Abundance
Overwhelm and chaos
Eat-anything fatigue, conflicting advice, never feeling quite well — without a compass to navigate it.
Our philosophy
A Different Approach to Your Metabolism
For decades, we've been told that health is just a simple math problem — a robotic equation of "calories in versus calories out." We're taught that if we just have enough willpower to eat less and exercise more, the math will work.
But your body is a beautifully complex living system, not a calculator.
At Dietitian in Motion, we reject outdated calorie-counting models. Instead, we focus on working with your biology and your hormones, not against them.
When you choose foods based on how they actually fuel your cells — rather than tracking every single number on a label — your hormone levels stabilize, your energy returns, and intense cravings naturally quiet down. We help you move away from the exhausting cycle of restriction and food guilt so you can finally discover true, lasting satisfaction. You don't need more willpower; you just need a lifestyle that respects how your body actually functions.

Meet your dietitian
Ibrahem Ghemraoui, RD.
I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Regina, Saskatchewan — registered with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians. My work is grounded in the biology of how your body actually functions, not in calorie math.
Together we'll look at the whole picture — your medical history, your day, your culture, your goals — and build something that finally feels possible.
I speak English, French, and Arabic — so we can work together in the language you're most comfortable in.
Insurance & coverage
Dietitian visits aren't covered by Sask Health — but they're often covered by your benefits.
Most extended health plans and employer benefits in Canada (Blue Cross, Sun Life, Manulife, Canada Life, and others) include Registered Dietitian services. We'll provide receipts you can submit directly. Not sure? We're happy to help you check.
