We don't focus on fad diets — we help you find balance through satiety.

Meet our team
Ibrahem Ghemraoui, Registered Dietitian.
I'm a Registered Dietitian based in Regina, Saskatchewan, registered with the Saskatchewan College of Dietitians.
My clinical work spans diabetes, cardiovascular health and lipid management, gastrointestinal concerns, and chronic disease — alongside community work in food security, family nutrition, and healthy aging. Across all of it, one thing has stayed true: people don't need more rules. They need a partner who can hold the medical complexity and the human complexity at the same time.
I practice weight-inclusive, anti-diet care. That means we focus on what actually moves the needle — labs, energy, sleep, blood sugar, blood pressure, relationship with food — rather than the number on a scale. I respect your culture and your faith. Your food traditions are a strength, not something to overcome.
I speak English, French, and Arabic — so we can work together in the language you're most comfortable in.
Outside the clinic you'll find me spending time with my family, playing sports, or getting to know my community.
